KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Governance and Oversight
Define strategic direction and organizational prioritiesEnsure ethical, legal, and transparent operationsMonitor risks and institutional performanceFinancial Stewardship
Review and approve annual budgets and financial reportsGuide fundraising strategies and financial integrityPolicy and Advocacy
Support development and review of organizational policiesActively represent and promote the Foundation’s workLeadership and Succession
Help recruit, onboard, and mentor new board membersContribute to leadership transitions and capacity-buildingCommunity Engagement
Represent the Foundation in stakeholder and donor engagementsLeverage networks to promote the Foundation’s mission and goalsEvaluation and Accountability
Monitor program impact and effectivenessPromote organizational learning and alignment with strategic goalsSTRATEGIC PRIORITIES & REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

We seek individuals with :
Expertise in smallholder farming and out-grower schemesUnderstanding of cash crop cultivation and climate-smart agricultureExperience in value chains and agribusiness market linkagesStrategic Priority 2 : Partnerships & Resource Mobilization
Ideal candidates will have :
Proven capacity to build networks with donors, NGOs, and corporatesKnowledge of CSR strategy and stakeholder engagementSkills in fundraising, partnership development, and grant acquisitionStrategic Priority 3 : Education, Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Growth
We welcome individuals with :
Experience in vocational training and workforce developmentExpertise in supporting startups, SMEs, and business incubationFamiliarity with microfinance, seed funding, and enterprise scalingELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
