Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Goldsmith to lead our jewellery department, overseeing a team of four and contributing to the creation of exquisite, handcrafted jewellery pieces.

Role and Responsibilities :

As the Goldsmith, you will be the overall lead of our jewellery department, responsible for crafting and overseeing the creation of exceptional jewellery pieces. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Design and Craftsmanship : Using your expert skills, you will handcraft and cast jewellery pieces, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Team Leadership : Lead a team of four skilled jewellers and craftsmen, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance their skills and ensure the delivery of top-quality jewellery.
• Quality Control : Oversee the quality control processes, ensuring that each piece of jewellery meets the company’s standards for design, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and procurement, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer orders.
• Training : Share your knowledge and expertise with team members, providing hands-on training and support to help them develop their skills.
