Role Summary
As the SME Business Services Lead, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of tailored digital solutions for our SME clients. You will work closely with the operations, sales, and development teams to ensure our services meet the evolving needs of the SME sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies targeting SMEs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients and partners.
- Supervise the delivery of software products, web and mobile applications, branding, digital marketing, and e-commerce services.
- Identify gaps in the market and develop new services tailored to SME needs.
- Guide the SME services team in achieving performance and revenue targets.
- Develop proposals and pitch services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor performance, gather client feedback, and improve processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, consulting, or SME service delivery.Proven leadership and team management experience.Strong knowledge of digital tools and services for SMEs.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Clean and valid driver’s license.Preferred Attributes
