We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representatives and Accountant with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Responsibilities : Sales Representative
Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Analyze market potential, track sales, and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
JOB BRIEF :
To interact directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. Responsible for identifying a customer’s needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
Sales Requirements and Skills :
Must be between 25-35 years of age.
Diploma in sales and marketing or related fields.
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
Computer literate.
Accountant Requirements and Skills :
Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance / admin support role, project-based environment.
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Pastel, or similar).
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Diploma / degree in Sales and Marketing or any business-related field.
Responsibilities : Accountant
Support procurement of goods and services, including obtaining quotes, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring transparent processes
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for administrative and financial records.
Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings, field team movements, and conservation activities.
Day to day fleet management, that is, maintaining up-to-date maintenance report, reviewing log sheet and submitting both reports every month
Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate fixed assets register.
Manage bills payments
Security of the offices, overseeing all office equipment and ensuring that they are in good working condition.
Management of leases and all offices running contracts
