Key Competency Requirements :
- Grade 12 certificate
- Relevant qualification in Purchasing and Supply
- Minimum two years’ relevant working experience
- Experience using Sage Intacct
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment
- Must have attention to detail
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure all stock related processes, activities and procedures are adhered to in accordance with company proceduresAccurate stock control by use of electronic reportingAccurate and traceable documentation for all stockEnsure maximum / minimum stock levels are maintainedEnsure no stockoutsGenerate purchase ordersPhysically receive and record stockPhysically issue stock to departmentsHandle import and export logistics, including clearing agents and applicable permitsMonthly stocktake coordination, completion and reconciliationAbility to train colleagues in stock managementDevelop and maintain vendor registration database and relationshipsComplete vendor assessmentsApplications Close 17 hours 26th April .
