We are seeking experienced and target-oriented Territory Development Managers to manage assigned territories and drive sales growth for our beverage company, specializing in carbonated and non-carbonated drinks.
Job Summary
As a Territory Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Travel throughout your assigned territory to train and guide Customer Executive Sales Representatives
Maintain solid working relationships with customers, resolve complaints, and meet their needs
Meet or exceed sales targets by persuading customers to purchase company products and services
Analyze sales and marketing data to determine effective sales techniques
Develop innovative sales strategies to increase sales within your territory
Conduct surveys to understand customer needs and attend trade shows to promote company products
Ensure brand awareness meets company expectations and motivate Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas
Monitor competitors’ sales activity within your territory
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Territory Development Manager or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational, leadership, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
