Calls Experts is hiring full-time Call Center Agents to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle inbound / outbound calls and provide administrative support such as lead qualification and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage call traffic and qualify leads for live transfers
Resolve customer inquiries and update records
Maintain spreadsheets and assist with scheduling
Requirements : Fluent in English
Remote work-ready : PC / Mac with 8GB RAM, + CPU score, Windows 10 / 11 or macOS, and stable fiber internet
Available for 8–9 hour shifts, 5 days / week between 9 AM – 9 PM EST
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Compensation :
Base : $ USD / month (approx. $2.84 / hour for hours)
Incentives : Up to $ USD / month
Overtime paid separately
