Are you a technically skilled professional passionate about supporting cutting-edge blasting technology?

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an AXXIS Support Technician based in Zambia. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in surface or underground blasting, who can combine technical know-how with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

The successful candidate will :

• Collaborate with development teams to analyse product performance and recommend enhancements based on industry trends and customer feedback.
• Provide training to staff and customers, developing clear and effective training materials.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to support business growth and satisfaction.
• Document support activities meticulously, ensuring all product developments, issues, and resolutions are accurately recorded.
