INVITATION TO REGISTER AS SUPPLIER FOR –

FIAN Zambia is inviting reputable suppliers and service providers to register as approved vendors for the provision of goods, works, and services for the period –. This invitation is extended to both current and prospective suppliers who meet the required criteria.

Who we are

FIAN Zambia is a human rights organisation for the right to food and Nutrition. As FIAN Zambia we strive to secure peoples access to the resources they need in order to feed themselves now and in the future.

Suppliers Categories

We are seeking reputable companies to be suppliers of goods and services for the Period February to January .

1. Category A : Motor Vehicles Repairs

Motor vehicle repairs and servicing fitment, and alignment services (term contracts applicable)

Supply of service kits including tyres, fuels, lubricants etc

2. Category B : Travel agency and car hire

Travel agency (local and international air travel)

Vehicles hire (term contracts applicable)

3. Category D : General Maintenance

Plumbing, electrical, construction, and professional cleaning services

Gardening and landcaping

4. Category E : General Supplies & Services

Supply and printing of T-shirts and corporate shirts (term contracts applicable)

Courier services (term contracts applicable)

Advertising and insurance

Printing : Graphic design and digital printing

Stationery and other consumables

Supply of mineral water (term contracts applicable)

Asset Tagging

5. Category F : Information and Communication Technology Services / Products

ICT vendors (computers, computer accessories, local area network gear, software, etc.)

Professional IT support services (term contracts applicable)

Network infrastructure services

Website hosting and maintenace

6. Category G : Hospitality Services

Accommodation / lodging and meals (term contracts applicable)

Conference facilities and meals (term contracts applicable)

Outside catering services (term contracts applicable)

7. Security services

Security service

8. Consultancy

Offer of various professional consultancy on right to food, food systems, legal services, economic govenance, climate justice, natural resources governance, agroecology and agriculture among others.

Submission of Application
