Key Responsibilities :
Identify and reach out to potential customers, businesses, and partners.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on solar solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.
Work closely with the marketing manager to generate and follow up on leads.
Track and report sales performance, ensuring targets are met.
Qualifications :
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Experience in sales, preferably in the solar or energy industry.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and must be in the solar industry for more than a year.
