The Role
We are looking for a confident, well-organised and tech-savvy Assistant to support our client-facing and online activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-evolving team at the intersection of innovation, education, and technology.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and followers—helping communicate our offerings and keep our digital platforms active, relevant and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management :
- Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other platforms
- Monitor engagement and analytics
- Help design simple graphics or coordinate with our creative team
Client Communication :
Answer phone calls and provide prompt, helpful responsesAdvise clients on available workshops, training sessions, and consultancy offeringsMaintain a friendly, professional tone at all timesWorkshop & Project Support :

Has strong verbal and written communication skillsIs comfortable speaking with a range of people—from executives to newcomersIs familiar with social media tools like Buffer, Canva, or HootsuiteIs organised, proactive, and can manage multiple tasks at onceHas a keen interest in technology, innovation, and AI (no technical background required, but curiosity is a plus!)Desirable Qualifications & Skills
