1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of sales strategy, keeping long term brand stability in focus.
2. Prepare Annual business plan and divide them in monthly and quarterly targets.
3. Develop performance matrix to assess the performance of sales team and other support functions.
4. Undertake market research
a. To identify the growth potential of existing portfolio
b. To identify new products that can be added in current portfolio
c. To track the competition and assess the strength and weakness
5. Create MIS regarding internal / external customers and competition.
6. Liaise with team at head office for the requirement fulfilment at an optimized level.
7. Liaise with marketing team for the activations and brand awareness creation.
8. Personal liaising with the big and critical customers.
9. Keep control on cash collection and reconciliation with head office.
10. Handling and scaling up the van sale operation covering high density areas
11. Expansion in other towns based on feasibility analysis.
12. Control on expenses related to admin and DSD.
13. Capable of overseeing and controlling the small production operation (Not a compulsory MBA or diploma holder in business management.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Congo at least at regional manager level.
