PENSIONS AND INSURANCE AUTHORITY LOGO COMPETITION
1.0 Introduction
The Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA) is undergoing a rebranding process to reflect its evolving role, vision, and mission as a regulator in the pensions and insurance sector. As part of this process, the Authority is launching a logo design competition to create a new visual identity that embodies its commitment to innovation, consumer protection, and market stability.
2.0 Objectives of the Competition
- To design a modern, professional, and impactful logo that represents the Authority’s core values and strategic direction.
- To engage creative talent and stakeholders in the rebranding process.
- To select a logo that will serve as the cornerstone of Authority’s new brand identity.
3.0 Scope of Work
Participants are required to submit a logo design that :
Reflects the Authority’s role as a regulator in the pensions and insurance industries.Communicates trust, innovation, and consumer protection .S calable and works in different sizes and formats.Versatile and can be used across various platforms including print, digital and on merchandise.O riginal and does not infringe on any existing trademarks or copyrights.4.0 Eligibility Criteria
The competition is open to agencies and individuals including students with a passion for creativity and branding.Individual participants must be at least 18 years old .Employees of the Authority and their family members are not eligible to participate.5. Submission Requirements
Participants must submit the following :
Logo Design : High-resolution digital file (vector format preferred, e.g., .ai, .eps, or .svg). Color and black-and-white versions of the logo.Design Brief : A short explanation, maximum of words, of the design concept and how it reflects the Authority’s values and mission.Contact Information : Full name, email address, phone number, and (if applicable) organization or institution.6.0 Judging Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria :
Creativity and Originality : Unique and innovative design.Relevance : Alignment with the Authority’s mission, vision, and values.Versatility : Adaptability to various mediums and formats.Aesthetic Appeal : Visual impact, modern and professionalism.Clarity of Concept : Explanation of the design’s meaning and relevance.7.0 Prizes

By submitting an entry, participants agree that the Authority will own the intellectual property rights to the winning design.The Authority reserves the right to modify the winning design as needed.Non-winning entries may be used by the Authority for inspiration during the modification of the winning logo or future projects.10.0 Submission Process
