KM & M Business Consultants Ltd, on behalf of our client in the automotive sector, is urgently recruiting for multiple positions at a new plant being established in Chipata.

Location : Chipata

Deadline : Ongoing (Immediate hiring)

SENIOR MANAGEMENT (Bachelor’s Degree Required)

1. Sales Manager

Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field

5+ years in automotive or industrial sales

Strong leadership, negotiation & sales strategy skills

Excellent communication and English proficiency

2. Marketing Manager

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or equivalent

3–5 years experience in marketing (automotive background preferred)

Creative, analytical, and digitally savvy

Fluent in English

3. Service Engineer

Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering

3+ years hands-on experience with automotive systems

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Good technical report writing and English proficiency

4. HR & Administration Officer

Bachelor’s in HRM, Public Administration, or a related field

Experience in recruitment, employee relations & office administration

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

English proficiency essential

5. Accountant

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, ACCA, ZICA or equivalent

Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and audits

Knowledge of accounting software

Strong numerical and analytical skills

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT (Diploma or Higher)

6. Service Manager

Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering

Proven experience managing automotive service teams

Excellent customer service and team supervision skills

Strong English communication

7. Spare Parts Manager

Diploma in Auto Mechanics, Logistics or Inventory Management

Experience with spare parts inventory and procurement

Attention to detail and supply chain understanding

Good command of English

SUPPORT STAFF

8. Sales Executives

Minimum : Grade 12 Certificate with solid field sales experience

Automotive industry background is a plus

Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills

Self-driven and fluent in English

9. Credit Officers

Diploma in Banking, Finance or Business

Experience in credit, loans or microfinance institutions

Knowledge of credit assessment and risk analysis

Strong numeric and communication skills

10. Cashier

Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration

Experience in handling cash and daily reconciliations

Accuracy, attention to detail and customer service skills

Basic computer skills required

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in English

Strong work ethic, professionalism and integrity

Willingness to work full-time in Chipata

Automotive industry experience is an added advantage
