Dangote Cement is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, Maintenance (Mechanical) . As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance activities related to the mechanical aspects of our production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the mechanical maintenance team, ensuring effective and efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to identify and address mechanical issues.

• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions.
