Terms of Reference (ToR) – Baseline Study for All Rural Schools and Healthcare Facilities in Central Province, Zambia.

Uptime Global is commissioning a baseline study to assess water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services across ~ 1, rural schools and healthcare facilities in Central Province.

The study, is part of the SafeManzi programme, will guide the design of a Results-Based Funding model to strengthen professional water services in schools and health facilities. Using a digital survey tool built on the mWater platform, the study will capture data on sanitation, hygiene, menstrual health management, and water infrastructure functionality.
