1. QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTORS X 4
This position reports to the Quality Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished beverages.
- Collect and analyze samples using standardized laboratory procedures.
- Document inspection results and report non-conformities to supervisors.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols are followed.
- Assist in calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with production, warehousing, and logistics teams to uphold quality throughout the supply chain.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.Experience : Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quality Controller.Good process knowledge preferably in a bottling environment.2.OSHE COORDINATOR X 1
This position reports to the Quality Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
Responsibilities
Implement, maintain, and monitor the OSHE (Safety, Health & Environment) Management System in line with legal requirements and company policy.Coordinate internal and external safety, health, environmental audits & inspections; track findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental aspect / impact evaluations and propose mitigation measures.Lead incident / accident / near‑miss investigations, determine root causes, and support development of corrective / preventive action plans.Develop and deliver OSHE training, induction programs for employees, contractors and visitors.Ensure legal & regulatory compliance (permits, licences, safety standards) and keep abreast of changes in OSHE legislation; update systems / policies accordingly.Plan and coordinate emergency response drills, fire drills, evacuation procedures.Maintain OSHE documentation : policies, procedures, records, permits, incident registers.Support SHEQ / OSHE Manager in setting OSHE targets / KPIs, monitoring performance and preparing reports for management.Promote a positive OSHE culture across all levels, encouraging safe behaviours and environmental awareness.Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.Professional OSHE / SHE qualifications are an advantage (e.g. ISO , ISO , NOSA, SAMTRAC, etc.).Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing / beverage / food & drink industry.Experience conducting OSHE audits, risk assessments, incident investigations.Strong knowledge of Zambian OSHE laws & regulations.Good training, communication and interpersonal skills. This position reports to the SHEQ Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
Responsibilities
Carry out regular safety inspections and audits of production areas, equipment, machinery and workstations, identifying hazards and ensuring corrective actions are taken.Conduct risk assessments / job hazard analyses for tasks, new equipment or process changes.Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near‑misses : determine root causes, recommend and follow up corrective and preventive actions.Coordinate safety training, inductions for new employees, refreshers, toolbox talks, and awareness‑raising programs.Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Maintain records : incident reports, safety checks, training logs, risk registers etc.Ensure compliance with relevant local and national safety laws, regulations, standards; stay updated on changes and help adapt policies / procedures.Assist in carrying out emergency drills (fire, spill, evacuation) and ensure readiness of safety equipment (e.g. fire extinguishers) and emergency response procedures.Promote safety culture : working with all levels (operators, supervisors, management) to encourage safe behaviours, awareness, accountability.Support management in defining & monitoring safety KPIs, periodic reporting on safety performance.Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

MICRO -LAB TRCHNICIANS X 2
This position reports to the Quality Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine microbiological analyses : plate counts, coliforms, yeast & mould, E.coli etc., for raw inputs, process stages, final products.Carry out environmental monitoring : swab work surfaces, equipment, drains, packaging area etc.Prepare culture media, reagents, perform sterilization (autoclaving), sample preparation per SOPs.Ensure proper equipment calibration, maintenance, and clean‐up.Maintain accurate records of test results, lab logs, consumable / reagent inventory.Investigate deviations / out‐of‐specification results together with QA team; propose corrective actions.Support internal / external audits for lab, food safety & regulatory compliance (HACCP, GMP, ISO etc.).Promote lab safety : correct use of PPE, safe handling / disposal of chemicals, adherence to lab safety procedures.Assist with training of production staff / line operators on hygiene, contamination prevention.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for lab methods, workflow, efficiency & quality. This position reports to the Quality Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
Responsibilities
Lead hazard analysis : identify biological, chemical, physical hazards at all stages (raw material → production → packaging → storage → distribution).Define Critical Control Points (CCPs), set critical limits, monitor each CCP.Develop and maintain HACCP plans, ensure all processes have adequate control measures.Validate and verify that critical control points are effective.Review / update HACCP plans whenever there are changes (new product, process, equipment, regulation).Ensure compliance with relevant local & international food safety regulations, standards (e.g. HACCP, ISO , GMP, possibly FSSC, BRC etc.).Maintain food safety documentation : SOPs, SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures), cleaning schedules, sampling plans, policies.Ensure traceability, recall procedures are in place and tested.Coordinate internal audits and prepare for external audits and certification assessments.Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory requirement changes and ensure implementation.Oversee / perform sampling (raw materials, in‑process, finished products, environmental monitoring) for microbiological, chemical (and physical if needed) hazards.Monitor equipment, temperature controls, hygiene, sanitation practices.Ensure calibration of lab and monitoring equipment.Review test results, identify trends, non-conformances.Perform validation & verification procedures to ensure controls are working as intended.Conduct food safety / HACCP / hygiene training for employees at all levels (production, lab, cleaning, maintenance etc.).Promote awareness of food safety practices, personal hygiene, cross‐contamination prevention, allergen control etc.Ensure food handlers are properly certified or trained as required.Support good hygiene, cleaning, sanitation, facilities, pest control.Maintain all necessary records : HACCP plans, monitoring logs, cleaning schedules, audit reports, training records, calibration records etc.Prepare reports for management (monthly / quarterly / annual performance, audit outcomes, risk assessments, incidents).Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

HOUSE KEEPERS X 7
This position reports to the Quality Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for the below duties.
Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of plant areas including production lines, floors, walls, ceilings, packaging rooms, cold rooms, storage areas, lunchrooms, restrooms, offices, corridors, etc.Wash down and clean machinery / equipment exteriors (non‑production surfaces) as required, ensuring no contamination risk. Work in coordination with production / maintenance to avoid interference with operations.Clean and maintain hygiene around drains, waste disposal areas, garbage bins to prevent blockages, odor, pests.Sweep, mop, scrub, disinfect floors / surfaces; remove stains, spills promptly to reduce slip hazards.Clean restrooms / locker rooms / hand wash & sanitation stations; restock hygiene supplies (soap, paper towels, sanitizers, etc.).Maintain tidiness in lunchroom / break‑rooms : clean tables, chairs, utensils, appliances (e.g. microwave, kettle), wash up food trays if applicable.Handle waste disposal : collect, segregate, remove waste (including glass, packaging, organic waste) as per company’s waste management policy.Clean windows, doors, glass panels, light fixtures, staircases, handrails etc. to maintain plant appearance and hygiene.Support deep cleaning / scheduled cleaning projects (e.g. monthly, quarterly cleans of ceilings, high surfaces, behind machinery, etc.).Ensure all cleaning tools, chemicals, detergents are used correctly; maintain stock of cleaning supplies; report shortages to supervisor.Adhere to all OSHE / HACCP / GMP / food safety / quality / hygiene standards : wear proper PPE (gloves, boots, aprons etc.), follow safety protocols, hygiene rules, avoid cross‑contamination.Report maintenance needs, hazards, damaged equipment, broken fixtures, etc., to supervisor.Keep cleaning equipment (mops, buckets, brushes, pressure washers etc.) clean, well‑maintained, stored appropriately.Complete sanitation records / cleaning checklists as required, sign off on completed tasks, participate in inspections.Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
