We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Dangote Cement.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of civil engineering projects from conception to completion. You will lead a team of engineers and collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of complex civil engineering projects
- Prepare project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
- Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or challenges
- Collaborate with other departments, stakeholders, and contractors
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
