Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 10+ years senior leadership experience in manufacturing. Strong commercial, operational, and financial skills. Experience in Sub-Saharan Africa or similar markets preferred. MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
