POSITION OVERVIEW
Realcom Zambia is seeking a qualified and experienced Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land and property surveys, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring all surveying activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Conduct topographical, boundary, and construction surveys
-Operate and maintain surveying equipment and instruments
-Collaborate with project teams, architects, and engineers
-Participate in site inspections and field work

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Requirements:

-Technician Certificate in Surveying OR Diploma in Surveying
-Proven experience in land surveying and related activities
-Proficiency in surveying equipment operation (Total Station, GPS, levels, etc.)
-Knowledge of surveying software and CAD applications
-Strong mathematical and analytical skills
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-Good communication and teamwork abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Professional registration with relevant surveying bodies
-Experience with modern surveying technologies
-Knowledge of Zambian land laws and regulations
-Previous experience in similar role within Zambia
