Financial Management : Overseeing budgets, financial discipline, and profitability across all operations.
Marketing & Consumer Engagement : Collaborating with marketing teams to drive brand growth, product innovation, and customer engagement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
10+ years senior leadership experience in operations / sales (retail, QSR or service industries highly regarded)
Strong commercial, financial & strategic acumen
Proven success in people development and multi-site leadership
Bachelors degree (essential); MBA preferred
Must be a Zambian National with relevant NRC card.
Valid, unendorsed Zambian driver's license
Clear criminal history
