KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Leadership & Strategy : Setting and executing the strategic direction for the brand in Zambia while aligning to Africa Growth Sales and Operating Profit goals.
  • Operational Excellence : Ensuring efficient day-to-day restaurant operations that exceed customer and brand expectations.
  • Supply Chain & Development : Driving supply chain execution, store development, and expansion projects to deliver sustainable growth.
  • People & Culture : Leading with a people-first approachbuilding local talent, mentoring, and ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Financial Management : Overseeing budgets, financial discipline, and profitability across all operations.
  • Marketing & Consumer Engagement : Collaborating with marketing teams to drive brand growth, product innovation, and customer engagement.
  • Risk & Governance : Embedding strong governance, risk management, and compliance across operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • 10+ years senior leadership experience in operations / sales (retail, QSR or service industries highly regarded)
  • Strong commercial, financial & strategic acumen
  • Proven success in people development and multi-site leadership
  • Bachelors degree (essential); MBA preferred
  • Must be a Zambian National with relevant NRC card.
  • Valid, unendorsed Zambian driver's license
  • Clear criminal history

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
