Appointment Setter at Starlink Installation Pros

Location :  Anguilla

We’re looking for a passionate  Appointment Setter  to help us connect potential customers with our sales team and schedule Starlink installations.

The Role :  As an Appointment Setter at Starlink Installation Pros, your primary responsibility is to qualify incoming leads, book appointments, and ensure seamless communication between leads and our sales team. You will be a key player in the customer journey, ensuring each lead is scheduled efficiently and successfully handed off to a sales rep for closing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Qualify leads  and gather necessary information to ensure Starlink is the right fit for the customer’s needs.
  • Set appointments  by offering flexible installation dates and confirming details with the customer.
  • Use GoHighLevel CRM  to track leads, update appointment status, and ensure accurate information is logged.
  • Overcome objections  by using proven techniques to handle customer concerns and convert them into appointments.
  • Communicate through GoHighLevel and RingCentral , responding to leads quickly and professionally through phone, text, and email.
  • Work closely with our sales team  to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
  • Follow up  with leads who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their appointment.

  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience :  Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Communication Skills :  Excellent phone skills, ability to engage leads, and convey information clearly.
  • Tech-Savvy :  Familiarity with  GoHighLevel CRM  or similar platforms is a plus, or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Organized and Motivated :  Ability to manage multiple leads at once, prioritize tasks, and stay on top of follow-ups.
  • Persistence :  A go-getter attitude who is comfortable with high volumes of calls and follow-up outreach.
  • Positive Attitude :  Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for helping people.
