Description de la mission

Within the Sales Department and responsible for the Southern Africa region, your role will be to promote the SIG (Network and Infrastructure Solutions) offering.

Responsibilities :

o Prospect, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and monitor customer relationships in the energy, telecommunications, and water sectors.

o Communicate customer needs and the positioning of our offerings to Product Managers, in order to adapt the product policy if necessary.

o Act as an interface with the engineering teams responsible for developing technical solutions.

o Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure debt collection.

Profil recherché :

With a higher education in engineering, business, or law, you have at least 10 years of experience in a sales role, primarily with major accounts.

You have a strong understanding of the energy, telecoms, and water sectors.

You must be fluent in English for this position, which requires 30 to 50% client time.
