Sales Representative

Nkhuni Farm, a growing poultry farm specializing in fresh table eggs, is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves not only sales and customer management but also supporting the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a customer base of retailers, restaurants, butcheries, and processors.
• Identify new business opportunities and meet agreed sales targets.
• Accompany the driver during egg deliveries to customers.
• Prepare and issue necessary paperwork for each delivery (invoices, delivery notes, receipts).
• Ensure all customer orders are properly fulfilled and queries addressed on time.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular sales feedback/reports.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
At least 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG, agriculture, or food distribution.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle paperwork accurately and with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
