Our client in the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sector is looking to hire a Plant Administrator. The Plant Administrator will be responsible for data capturing as well as running errands as necessary to promote smooth
running of the plant.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct full admin and secretarial duties.
- Ensure useful information is captured and reported back on the maintenance system.
- Ensure plant data is captured accurately and that reports are communicated to relevant parties timeously.
- Ensure correct reporting of products dispatched from the plant and analysis of all requirements for credit notes.
- Ensure that all products delivered and services rendered in the plant are correctly receipted.
- Make all HR and payroll inputs timeously and accurately.
Requirements
Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management.Must have a full Grade 12 certificate.Must have a valid driver’s license.At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative / dispatch / HR environment.Knowledge of and experience in various computer packages.How to Apply
