𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲

We are seeking a detail-oriented Platform Administrator to oversee and optimize our Real Estate Rentals, Sales, and Leases platform. You will ensure platform reliability, data integrity, and secure access while collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver a best-in-class experience for landlords, tenants, and real estate professionals in Zambia and the broader region.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the platform to ensure high availability and performance.

Manage user access, roles, and security controls; enforce data governance and privacy policies.

Ensure data integrity (migrations, imports / exports, deduplication, cleanup) and support data quality initiatives.

Configure and optimize platform workflows, listings, pricing rules, leasing workflows, and transaction stages.

Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature validation, release readiness, and incident response.

Provide Tier 2 / 3 support to internal teams and external partners; triage and resolve platform issues.

Assist with onboarding and training for new users, landlords, and partners.

Maintain documentation : standard operating procedures, runbooks, and platform configurations.

Generate and analyze platform metrics; provide regular reports on availability, usage, and issues.

Support integrations with local and regional systems (CRM, payment gateways, property management tools) as needed.

Ensure compliance with local data protection regulations and industry standards.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Real Estate Tech, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

2+ years of experience administering or configuring multi-tenant or real estate-related platforms.

Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, data models (listings, transactions, users, leases), and access control.

Experience with incident management, monitoring tools, and basic SQL for data validation.

Familiarity with CRM / OMS integrations, payment gateways, and property management software is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate business needs into platform changes.

Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and user experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Experience in real estate tech, proptech, or marketplace platforms.

Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market practices in Zambia.

Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for routine tasks.

Familiarity with data privacy regulations and security best practices.

Exposure to Agile / Scrum processes.
