1. Human Resources Advisors : Chisamba (x2), Lusaka (x1), Copperbelt (x1), Mpongwe (x1)
Required Skills for the role :
- Supporting the recruitment process in the business, including ensuring effective induction and onboarding
- Providing input to budget for total manpower requirements.
- Implementing the talent processes as per the Zambeef Way to support the current and future development and deployment needs of the business unit in line with strategies and plans.
- Training and supporting managers on the quality and outputs of talent management processes & and principles Support individuals and managers in developing team and individual goals that are relevant to their business unit and aligned to business priorities and customer requirements
- Applying and interpreting company policy and legal procedures to deal with IR cases, and advise management and workers
- Ensuring timely updating of key HR information and managing personnel data on the HRIS system.
- Coordinating the time and attendance system and addressing any non-compliance.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly HR Reports and dashboards. by observing trends, and proposing and implementing actions to sustain positive results.
Required Qualifications :
Full grade 12 certificate with 5 credits inclusive of Mathematics and EnglishDegree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of hands-on Human Resource experience.Membership of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.Required Attributes :

HR Reporting, by ensuring that accuracy and deadlines are adhered to.Required Qualifications :

Required Skills for the role :
Supporting with developing a learning needs analysis by gathering, documenting, and collating informationSupporting the development of the training plan and providing monthly updates against the plan and budget.Assisting competency management through supporting the capturing of all relevant L&D events, in the design and delivery of learning solutions and training programs, and in the preparation of learning solutionsAssisting in the preparation and updating of training material and with the design and delivery of learning solutionsFacilitating the meaningful analysis of learning investment by analysing training data, identifying trends, and making recommendations on actions required.Administering training payments and assisting in the preparation of reports on learning budget performance.Promoting and adhering to Zambeef group procedures, policies and guidelines.Required qualification :
Full grade 12 certificate with five credits inclusive of Mathematics and EnglishDegree in Human Resource Management / organizational psychology or equivalent3-5 years working experience
