Country Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Country Human Resource Manager to drive the Attract, Develop, Reward, Engage, and Partner HR agenda across a fast-paced, multi-site QSR environment. This is a strategic, field-based role where you will partner closely with Regional Coaches, Area Coaches, and Operations Teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles, equipped and motivated to deliver business success.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• Education :

A completed tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or Social Sciences (postgraduate qualification advantageous).

68 years generalist HR experience in a multi-site, fast-paced environment (QSR, FMCG, or Retail essential).

Strong business acumen with a commercial mindset.
