A new and growing outsourcing company.

We are passionate about assisting small and medium business owners to achieve their business goals by providing them high quality administrative and marketing support.

The Internship is a 3-month program, if all works well in that time you will be offered to stay on the team.

The Role

This role mainly involves creating web pages and systems that convert prospects into clients. This means you need to already know how to develop these kinds of pages and the things that support them.

Those that have GHL experience is preferred; Wordpress is helpful but not essential.

If you are interested in learn and doing other things there are a variety of administration and marketing tasks. These range from data entry, to creating graphics and videos for social media posts, transcribing audios / videos into various products.

The maximum hours for the first 8 weeks is 20 hours per week. The rate starts quite low at increase after 2 months. The starting rate depends on your existing skill levels.

Your responsibilities may include :

Evaluating and interpret user requirements.
Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
provide design proposals in images for clients to approve.
Create some custom functions via code on some webpages.
Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.
Develop internal and client systems, workflow and processes.
Being responsible for work to complete client objectives, for lead generation and sales
Working closely with team members to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks
Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate brand
Create suitable content for marketing
Working on comprehensive digital marketing programs
Working with and managing a variety of marketing materials and collateral's

Ideal Profile

Work Skills required :

You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Web Development or Software Engineering.

You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Web Development role.

You pay strong attention to detail and quickly deliver work that is of a high standard

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

You have great English communication skills (both verbally and in writing) in order to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region

You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.

You have good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

You have good customer service skills

You are a quick learner
