PROJECTS / MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATION CLERK
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Register faults and complaints from the various stores.
- Control the Purchase Order and file the purchase orders.
- Compile report for pending works as instructed by the Projects / Maintenance Manager.
- Assign complaints to relevant team in the absence of the Manager.
- Assist Senior Admin with all creditors’ works.
- Assist Admin with all clerical works and filing.. Capturing daily invoices.
- Submit weekly reports to Manager.
- Control inventory and advice on Maximum order quantity and minimum order quantity for spares and stock for both projects & maintenance.
- Update the Mean Time To Repair / Failure Reports.
- Preparing and filing invoices and PO for the contractor as assigned by the Manager.
- Assist in the dispatching of materials from the warehouse and maintaining a track record of dispatched materials and ensuring they are delivered to the final destination through effective and efficient communication.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION : Diploma in Business Studies or better
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS : Minimum 3years in the Retail Industry or any other
