Key Account Manager - Agrochemicals (Zambia)

Minimum requirements for the role :

• Must have a relevant Undergraduate Degree
• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in business or sales in Agriculture, preferably in the Southern Africa market
• Knowledge and understanding of the seed industry will be an advantage
• Substantive experience working and / or living in rural African farming contexts and building relationships across sectors and disciplines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as experience working with C-suite executives and government officials
• Must be comfortable working against a sales target
• Ability to professionally and respectfully dissent, and logically debate challenges
• Demonstratable fluency in key work tools such as Microsoft Office
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel when required
