Data Entry Supervisor

Qualifications

Grade 12 Certificate

Diploma or Bachelors in Purchasing Supply or equivalent

At least 2 years work experience in similar role

Duties & Responsibilities

Accurate & on time update of Inbound and outbound materials of the warehouse.

Keeping the track record of belts, pallets, hardware & timbers.

Daily update of stock report of all the go down and any deviation analyzing of root cause and escalating the same to warehouse Manager / HOD.

Coordinating with issuing team for waybills & delivery notes & with receiving for ‘Finished Goods Receipt Note’.

Warehouse travelling inventory documents are printed and checked for discrepancies between inventory and actual inventory.

Daily statistics of diesel oil and various oils in and out of storage, and make orders in POS system.

Clean up hardware storage hygiene, responsible for the corresponding health area to do a good job for 5 s.

Qualifications

Grade 12 Certificate

Diploma / Bachelors in purchasing and supply. Materials Management will be advantageous

At least 2 Years’ experience in a similar role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Take responsibility for the safe operation of all materials handling equipment used in issuing operations

Ensure warehouse housekeeping and all activities are carried out to a standard that is conducive to ensuring an injury free workplace

Ensure timely service to customers and that all transactions are accurately captured as soon as they are completed

Ensure any stock returns are captured and reported in accordance with the procedure

Maintain strong communication links with all customers and interfacing sections by assisting them to meet business objectives.

Participates in stock take both cyclic and periodic

Performs reconciliation with end users on materials issued on staging basis.
