As a Sales and Marketing Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the company’s products or services. You will develop and implement marketing strategies, generate leads, and manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Sales and Lead Generation :
Identify and target potential customers through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and content.
Customer Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
Market Research :
Conduct research to understand market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Gather and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and marketing efforts.
Reporting and Analysis :
Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
25 years and Above
Full Grade 12 Certificate
Diploma or Certificate in Marketing Added Advantage
Mature and Responsible
