We are seeking an experienced People Development & Capacity Building Manager (HRBP) to drive the Attract, Develop, Reward, Engage, and Partner HR agenda across a fast-paced, multi-site QSR environment. This is a strategic, field-based role where you will partner closely with Regional Coaches, Area Coaches, and Operations Teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles, equipped and motivated to deliver business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the resourcing team to fill vacancies.
Coach and develop Senior Managers and Area Coaches.
Champion company values and embed an engaging culture across restaurants.
Implement fair and motivating compensation and benefits strategies.
Partner with Area Coaches to manage employee performance and ER matters.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
A completed tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or Social Sciences (postgraduate qualification advantageous).
68 years generalist HR experience in a multi-site, fast-paced environment (QSR, FMCG, or Retail essential).
Strong business acumen with a commercial mindset.
